Us heading for Holland

Colchester will again head to Holland on this year's pre-season trip.

The Us enjoyed a similar stint on Dutch soil last summer and manager John Ward has decided to repeat the preparations. United will spend five days at the Papendal national sport centre in Arnhem, travelling out on July 15 before returning on July 20 - 24 hours before facing West Ham at the Weston Homes Community Stadium in a pre-season friendly. The League One outfit will take part in one match while in Holland, meeting a Vitesse Arnhem side on July 18.
