Bell ready to turn things around

Coventry City, 16:40, November 24, 2009

Coventry City midfielder David Bell believes Saturday's draw with Crystal Palace was a pivotal moment for himself and the club.

The Sky Blues have been steadily falling down the table since their excellent start to the season and despite the creditable draw with Palace are still in real danger of dropping into the bottom three.

However Bell, who made only his second start of the season after an ankle injury, believes the weekend was a turning point for not only himself but the club too.

"This is a base now for us to build on and hopefully start our season again," he told the Coventry Telegraph.

"I am looking forward now, not back.

"My injury is behind me and I want to start and play every game for Coventry and help the club improve."
