Crewe boss Steve Davis does not want Nick Powell's impressive individual campaign to take the spotlight off an all-round team effort.

Alex head into the last two games of the npower League Two season inside the play-off places for the first time, knowing victory at Torquay on Saturday will secure a top-seven spot if Oxford fail to beat Southend.
England Under-18 international Powell swept the board at Crewe's end-of-season awards night last weekend and was a surprise omission from the PFA League Two Team of the Season, but Davis is also keen to credit others in his team.
"He thoroughly deserved his awards along with four or five other players that would have come very close as well," he said.
"I think it's a team effort. We have to applaud the team for what they've achieved up to now. But supporters always recognise that individual talent. It normally comes from your strikers because they're the ones that make the headlines with the goals.
"Whilst I'm pleased for him and the other forwards, I also always look at the defenders and look at the defensive record. That's a lot better than it was this time last season. So we've improved there as well and deserve some credit for that."
