Khan doubt for Australia tour

Cricket, 09:58, December 8, 2009 ,

A decision on whether Younus Khan will tour with Pakistan to Australia will be made by chief selector Iqbal Qasim.

Former captain Khan relinquished his role last month in response to the one-day international series defeat to New Zealand and announced he would be taking a temporary break from the game.
Khan was expected to return to domestic action for Habib Bank but has failed to show and Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Ijaz Butt said: "Younis should have played domestic matches to be a candidate for selection for the tour.
"However, a final decision in this regard will be taken after a meeting with the chief selector Iqbal Qasim."
