Recalls for India bowling pair
Bowlers Zaheer Khan and Shantha Sreesanth have been included in the India squad for their forthcoming Test series with Sri Lanka.
Both seamers have been out of the international scene recently for different reasons - Zaheer is now back to full fitness after a shoulder injury while Sreesanth returns following disciplinary issues.
The two bowlers to miss out on selection for the three-match series are Ashish Nehra and Munaf Patel, despite some decent displays in the one-day series defeat to Australia.
The Indian selectors have named three spinners in the 15-man party, Harbhajan Singh, Amit Mishra and Pragyan Ojha, as they look to defend an impressive record against Sri Lanka - who have never won a Test in India in 14 attempts.
The first of the three Tests will start in Ahmedabad on November 16.
India squad: MS Dhoni (capt), V Sehwag, G Gambhir, R Dravid, S Tendulkar, VVS Laxman, Y Singh, M Vijay, S Badrinath, H Singh, Z Khan, I Sharma, S Sreesanth, P Ojha, A Mishra.
