Boss' big men boost

Alan Lee and James Scowcroft are on track to give Palace a double fitness boost before next weekend's clash with Derby County.

Eagles boss Neil Warnock is looking forward to having a fully-fit squad available after revealing both strikers are due to come back from hamstring injuries in the reserves against Reading in midweek.

Full-back Danny Butterfield, another hamstring injury-victim, is also expected to see some action against the Royals reserves.

"We have got a week to get rid of the aching bones and look forward to next weekend's game against Derby," said Warnock.

"We will have a few playing in the reserves this week so it will be nice to have a full squad to choose from."
