Goalkeeper Scott Flinders has returned to Championship side Crystal Palace after his loan spell with Falkirk came to an end.
The 22-year-old made nine appearances for the Bairns but then struggled to force his way back into Falkirk's plans after November and it was decided it would be best if he returned to London.
Flinders will be out of contract at Selhurst Park in the summer, having already been told by manager Neil Warnock that he is surplus to requirements there.
Flinders will now be searching for a new club and several League One or Two sides could now make a move for him in the transfer window.
A statement on Falkirk's official website confirmed his depature and said: "The club would like to thank Scott for his efforts and wish him well for the future."
