Crystal Palace boss Dougie Freedman could hand a number of players a full debut when his side travel to Exeter in the Capital One Cup.

Joel Ward made the switch to Selhurst Park from debt-ridden Portsmouth this summer and may earn an appearance while fellow defender Peter Ramage is likely to start having made his loan move from QPR permanent in pre-season.
Southampton youngster Aaron Martin could feature alongside Ramage while former Norwich and MK Dons striker Aaron Wilbraham may partner Wilfried Zaha in attack for the first time.
Freedman also hinted that youth players Stuart O'Keefe and Jonathan Williams may also be included as he looks to give them more first-team experience.
