Dagenham will be without striker John Akinde and defender Charlie Wassmer for the trip to Aldershot.

The on-loan pair were recalled by parent club Crawley on Thursday just a month into their deals which were due to run until the end of the season. Akinde started Good Friday's draw at home to Burton before dropping to the bench for the Easter Monday win at Gillingham, with Wassmer failing to feature off the bench in either. That means Daggers boss John Still is able to name an unchanged line-up against the Shots as his side look to make it seven matches unbeaten and mathematically secure their Football League status. Fit-again midfielders Luke Howell and Peter Gain both got more minutes under their belts for the reserves on Wednesday and are in contention, but forward Jon Nurse (ankle) misses out again. Still would love to make sure of Dagenham's survival as he prepares to celebrate eight years in charge of the Essex club next Tuesday. The 61-year-old is the longest-serving manager in the Football League and currently fourth in England behind only Sir Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger and David Moyes.
