Fielding blow for Rams
Goalkeeper Frank Fielding is likely to miss Derby's final game of the season against Peterborough at Pride Park through injury.
A groin problem forced Fielding off at half-time during the 2-1 victory at Portsmouth at the weekend. Rams boss Nigel Clough insists there is little point in rushing the 24-year-old back for the Saturday lunchtime kick-off, so Adam Legzdins is likely to make his first start for the club against Posh. "Frank was struggling in the first half against Portsmouth but he felt he could continue until half-time and after assessing him at the break, he had to come off," said Clough. "I would say it is highly unlikely he will face Peterborough and given it is the final game of the season, there is no reason for us to rush him into action for the last 90 minutes of the campaign."
