Mile eyes Rams chance

Derby County, 16:33, January 16, 2009 ,

Derby's Mile Sterjovski is looking for a fresh start at the club following the arrival of Nigel Clough as manager.

The Australian has found first-team chances hard to come by in his year at the club and appeared to fall out of favour with former boss Paul Jewell.
Now he is hoping for a fresh chance, and told the Telegraph: "It has been frustrating and I honestly didn't know what was going on.
"I worked hard in training and when I went away with the national team, I did well, but it didn't seem to help me at all.
"I don't know what the answer to that is. You would have to ask Paul Jewell about that.
"Now I am glad there is a new manager. It's a new start for me and, hopefully, I will get more chances.
"I feel like I have unfinished business at Derby."
