Donny ace to miss pre-season

Donny midfielder Martin Woods will miss the first two weeks of pre-season but is expected to be fit for the new campaign.
The 23-year-old established himself as a regular in Sean O'Driscoll's side in the Championship last season but will not be fit to link up with his team-mates at Cantley Park for Donny's pre-season training next Monday.
Woods has undergone surgery to resolve a double hernia injury but O'Driscoll expects him to be fit when the new season begins.
O'Driscoll said: "He'll hopefully be able to run when the pre-season starts, but he'll be a couple of weeks later than the rest of the squad in joining in full training."
