Andy Webster is a major doubt for United's home clash with St Johnstone but Darren Dods and Garry Kenneth are set to shake off knocks.
Dods would start in place of Webster as potentially the only change from Sunday's 4-1 win over Falkirk - where strikers Jon Daly and David Goodwillie grabbed all the goals.
Francisco Sandaza, Lee Wilkie, Danny Cadamarteri and Scott Robertson are all still out.
