Houston reveals fitness fight

Dundee United, 16:27, January 20, 2010 ,

David Robertson is struggling to be fit for United's SPL clash with Falkirk on Sunday because of a thigh strain.

Robertson missed Saturday's win over Hibernian, but Terrors' caretaker-boss Peter Houston is optimistic of his chances of getting back into the starting line-up.
He told the Evening Telegraph: "David is a quick healer, so I would not rule him out just yet, but he thinks it's likely to be St Johnstone on Wednesday week before he is ready again.
"That's a pity for him, because he had been out in the cold, but came back into the team and was doing a good job for us."
Houston remains hopeful that Saturday's goal hero Danny Swanson will recover from a knock on the knee to face the Bairns.
