New arrival ready to repay Levein
Dundee United, 10:26, June 15, 2009 ,
Jennison Myrie-Williams says he is looking to get his career back on track after his confidence-boosting switch to Dundee United.
The 21-year-old was snapped up by Terrors boss Craig Levein after his release from Bristol City at the end of last season and he is now aiming to repay the faith shown in him with some good displays for United in the new SPL campaign.
He said: "It's a big boost to my confidence knowing the manager believes in me after the past few seasons.
"I've always been of a mind that you can do just about anything when your boss has belief in you.
"I'm ready to play at this level and can't wait to start repaying him.
"I'm an attacking player who likes to take defenders on.I can also create chances and score goals.
"The manager says he saw me playing when I was younger at Bristol. Now I'm just happy he's taken me to Dundee United.
"I can't wait to get started and open a successful new chapter in my career."
