Narsingh reveals Holland dream
Heerenveen's Luciano Narsingh says he would be delighted to join the Dutch team for Euro 2012 but is happy just to be considered.
The 21-year-old has been a revelation for Heerenveen this season, assisting 22 goals and scoring eight in 34 appearances for Ron Jans' side, earning his first national call-up in February. Narsingh is one of nine uncapped players to be included in Bert van Marwijk's preliminary 36-man squad for the European Championship and says he would be overjoyed to go to Poland and Ukraine, although for the time being he is only concentrating on developing his career. He told De Telegraaf: "I noticed right away the way the big players act and respond. "Some day I want to be at their level. I'm still young, I know I'm not there yet, but I might be in the end. "I want to take a step forward in my career. To be a better player, I must develop. "Of course it would be great if I come in the final selection. But I try every day. I've moved up a gear, and I'm concentrating in training. This is the way to make a step forward."
