Pieters doubt for Euro 2012

PSV and Holland full-back Erik Pieters is a doubt for this summer's European Championships after picking up a foot injury.

PSV confirmed the 23-year-old will miss the remainder of the Eredivisie season but it is so far unknown whether he will recover in time to travel with the Dutch squad to Poland and Ukraine.
Pieters suffered a hairline fracture in his right foot during PSV's 2-1 defeat to RKC Waalwijk last week and is frustrated with the injury.
He said: "This is very disappointing. In three weeks it will be clearer and I will give 200% to get fit again."
Holland play Denmark in their first game of Euro 2012 on 9 June.
