Vlaar faces tough choice
Feyenoord captain Ron Vlaar admits he faces a tough decision after holding talks with Premier League outfit Aston Villa.
The 27-year-old was reportedly in Birmingham on Sunday after being given permission by the Rotterdam giants to enter talks with the Villans.
Villa boss Paul Lambert is keen to tie up a deal for Vlaar - who featured for the Netherlands at Euro 2012 - but the move is far from a foregone conclusion.
The central defender, who still has two years to run on his current deal, must now consider whether to leave Holland for the first time in his career.
"Of course I will think about it, you have to for it to get this far, but it would be a difficult choice," he told AD Sportwereld.
