Everton look likely to be without left back Leighton Baines for the clash at Manchester United as he has a hamstring injury.
The England defender is unlikely to play again this season and Phil Neville is likely to be asked to cover at Old Trafford, meanwhile fellow defender Phil Jagielka is in contention for a return against United on Sunday after missing the defeat to Liverpool. The England centre half was left out of the starting line up at Wembley as David Moyes went with a John Heitinga and Sylvain Distan partnership but Jags has played in the League matches and should return on Sunday. Royston Drenthe is unlikely to feature after he was axed from Everton's FA Cup semi-final squad for disciplinary reasons last weekend, he is unlikely to feature for David Moyes's side again this season. On-loan Tottenham midfielder Steven Pienaar will return to the fold after missing out at Wembley because he was cup-tied but midfielder Jack Rodwell remains on the sidelines with his hamstring problem.
