Blues 'just browsing' Danish top scorer
Everton are not ready to join Newcastle in the race to sign Copenhagen striker Dame N'Doye but they are keeping tabs on him.
Everton's Scandinavian scout Bryan King says that N'Doye, who was linked to the Blues last month, is not a target for boss David Moyes in this transfer window. King has been keeping a close eye on the 27-year-old striker, who has come to the attention of scouts from the bigger European leagues after netting 18 goals in the Danish top flight last season. Having slipped under the radar in the past, with a season-long spell in Greece with Panathinakos as close as he has come to hitting the big time, the Senegal international is said to be wanted at Newcastle - who already have his international colleagues Papiss Cisse and Demba Ba. N'Doye's agent expects there to be plenty of options to consider this summer, with interest in his client mounting steadily ahead of the summer transfer window. "There are many clubs keeping tabs on him," Niclas Jensen told Sporten.dk. "Dame is an FCK player, but of course he has ambitions to play in a bigger league."
