Defender deal on cards
Everton, 09:16, June 25, 2009 ,
Everton appear to be ready to allow Joleon Lescott to move to Manchester City but only if they match their £20m valuation.
City are expected to make an offer of £15m for the former Wolves centre-half but Everton have indicated that would be thrown out as not anywhere near their valuation.
With Liverpool having paid £17m for Glen Johnson this week, Everton want full value for their own England international and see £20m as a more realistic figure.
Lescott has missed just two matches since joining the club back in August 2006 from Wolves for £5m and regularly chips in with his share of goals.
