Defender injury worry

Everton, 09:59, October 2, 2009 ,

Everton may be without centre half Joseph Yobo for the clash with Stoke on Sunday after he picked up a thigh strain in training.

The injury kept Yobo out of the side which triumphed in the Europa League on Thursday night and is an early doubt for Sunday although the injury is not too bad.
David Moyes said: "Jo has got a thigh strain - it's not too bad, we don't think it's too serious."
It is in midfield that the boss has all sorts of problems as Steven Pienaar, Phil Neville and Jack Rodwell are all expected to be missing, although new signing John Heitinga is available after being ineligible on Thursday.
