Dinamo Zagreb star on Toffees radar

Everton are on the trail of Montenegrin international forward Fatos Beqiraj but they face competition for the Dinamo Zagreb star.

Swiss outfit FC Basel are also tracking the 24-year-old 'second striker' who was born in Serbia and has won the Croatian title for the past two seasons with his club.
Beqiraj has been a regular for Dinamo in the Champions League this season, where he has caught the eye of Toffees scouts by starting in five and appearing in all eight of their matches from the qualifying rounds onwards.
He also played and scored in Dinamo's 6-2 Champions League defeat at Real Madrid in the previous season.
The 6ft tall forward also appeared in both Euro 2012 qualifying matches against England, starting in the 2-2 draw in Podgorica and coming off the bench at Wembley in a 0-0 draw.
