Duo add to Arteta woe

Everton have been handed a double injury blow after Phil Jagielka required another knee op and Victor Anichebe suffered a setback.
Jagielka has been out since April and missed the FA Cup final but he had been pencilled in for a return this month.
However, the 27-year-old defender has gone under the knife again to repair a torn meniscus and is now unlikely to feature until Christmas at the earliest.
Meanwhile, striker Anichebe's recovery from a knee problem of his own after nine months out has hit a problem after a pin was removed and revealed a growth on his bone.
The news comes after star midfielder Mike Arteta also suffered another delay in his return, also from a knee problem.
