Everton centre half John Heitinga has expressed his disappointment at being left out of the Blues starting line-up so far this term.

The Dutch international, currently away on international duty with Holland, says he does not like being left out of David Moyes' side after failing to start a Premier League match this season.
He remains confident that he will be able to break back into the side though, last season he only featured twice in the Premier League until the end of October, but then forced his way into the starting line up and featured on a regular basis for the remainder of the season.
"I've felt better reporting for international duty," said Heitinga, who is with Holland ahead of their World Cup qualifiers against Turkey and Hungary.
"The Everton boss' decisions feel bad. It's a bullet I must bite every year."
He added: "I was also left out for most of our early games in the two previous seasons. But I was soon in the side. I don't expect to wait long to get into the starting line-up."
