Howard happy with progress

Everton's United States goalkeeper Tim Howard believes the national side have raised some eyebrows in South Africa.
The USA looked to be on course for a shock Confederations Cup win over Brazil on Sunday but, despite being 2-0 up, they lost 3-2 to the favourites.
Howard, however, believes they have made a few people across the world sit up and take notice.
"I think our fighting spirit was very good. We were able to prove some people wrong by competing hard and getting results when we weren't supposed to," he told Football365.
"And we can take a lot from that but it will take a while to analyse that. Tonight (Sunday) there is a lot of disappointment but we hope we can look back and we'll be proud of what was done."
