Moyes in winger race
Everton boss David Moyes is one of a number of parties interested in taking Rangers free agent Gregg Wylde.
Moyes is not alone in wanting to add the left winger to their ranks as there are two other, as yet unnamed, Premier League clubs and runaway League One leaders Charlton. Surprisingly it is the Addicks who are the favourites to land the Scotland under-21 international and they have apparently made the best cash offer but that could change if Moyes firms up his interest. Wylde has completed his release from crisis club Rangers and he is hoping he can persuade FIFA to allow him to join a new club and play for them before the season comes to an end. Addicks boss Chris Powell is hoping to get a deal tied up as soon as possible, according to the Daily Mirror.
