Everton skipper Phil Neville has set his sights on a career in coaching when his playing days come to an end at the club.

Neville has already started preparing for the time when his career as a player comes to an end and is well on the way to getting his UEFA coaching licences.
This summer he has met up with Jurgen Klinsman and Stuart Pearce as he continues his education, although he has a playing contract for at least another year, he is fascinated by the role a coach plays.
"It's been a fantastic experience and I've learned a lot," Neville told the Echo. "The biggest thing I've learned is that this (coaching) is something I want to do when I've finished my career.
"I'm fascinated by all aspects of it. I've always been the type, throughout my career, to ask a lot of questions and be interested in the finer details. I think that's what coaching is all about: the detail when getting your coaching point across to the players."
