Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo believes the FA Cup schedule should be reviewed, ahead of key clashes with Tottenham and Barcelona.
The Blues travel to Wembley tomorrow to face London rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the semi-finals of the famous old competition, before hosting Catalan giants Barcelona three days later in the last four of the Champions League.
Di Matteo insists his players are capable of winning both matches but admits that the scheduling of the two matches makes the challenge much more difficult.
"English teams don't get an advantage when they're involved in Europe. There should be a review so that those involved in Europe get better fixture dates," said the Chelsea boss.
"But the FA Cup game on Sunday is a massive game for the players, the team and for the club, and for our supporters. A big, big game for us. Nobody will have Barcelona at the back of their minds. We are going to be focused on the FA Cup on Sunday, to try and reach the final.
"We want to win and are looking forward to the game. We are going to play it at the best of our ability and strength."
