Baldisserri issues Perez warning
Ferrari Driver Academy boss Luca Baldisserri has urged Sergio Perez to cool his "aggressive" driving style this season.
The 22-year-old has been largely tipped to succeed the out-of-form Brazilian Felipe Massa, who looks set to be replaced at the Italian outfit after a string of poor results compared to team-mate Fernando Alonso.
Perez managed to finish in second place at the Canadian Grand Prix in his last outing, having produced some disappointing results in recent meetings.
Baldisserri has been in talks with the talented Mexican and has warned him against driving too aggressively in the future.
He told the Ferrari website: "After Monaco we had a discussion with Sergio. We wanted to find out why recent results had not lived up to expectations after the Malaysian Grand Prix.
"Perez is undoubtedly talented, but he often lets himself down by being too aggressive which, especially in Formula One, does not deliver results."
