Sebastian Vettel will start on pole for Sunday's European Grand Prix after an exciting day of qualifying in Valencia.

The German was tipped to dominate the session after impressing on Friday and didn't disappoint, coming in 0.324 seconds quicker than championship leader Lewis Hamilton.
Williams' Pastor Maldonado came home in third, ahead of Lotus pair Romain Grosjean and Kimi Raikkonen but unfortunately it was another disappointing day for Jenson Button who came home in ninth.
Vettel, who is understandably the overwhelming favourite going into Sunday, admits he is pleased with how his car has performed so-far this weekend and says his qualifying result is testament to the hard work of his team.
"Everyone has worked very hard with preparing new parts for the car, which seem to be a step forward," he said.
"We have been good here in previous years, so hopefully we can keep it up for tomorrow. The guys deserve that, they have worked hard all weekend."
