Young Fulham defender Daniel Burn has joined Yeovil Town on loan after impressing for the Under-21s on Monday.
The 20-year-old centre back was part of the Fulham Under-21 side that beat Manchester City on Monday, his last game for the club before he went to Huish Park on a youth loan basis.
The 6ft 6in defender joined Fulham from Darlington in the summer of 2011 for a fee reportedly worth £350,000 after only 19 appearances for the Quakers.
Although he is yet to make the first-team breakthrough at Craven Cottage, Burn has drawn comparisons to Fulham captain Brede Hangeland and former player Chris Smalling, who was snapped up by Manchester United within a year of arriving from Maidstone.
Burn has signed for an initial month and will go straight into the Glovers' squad for Saturday's testing trip to Preston North End.
