Reported Fulham target, Millwall midfielder Liam Trotter, is a reportedly wanted by Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill this summer.
Cottagers boss Martin Jol has been linked with the highly-rated Lions player as he looks to strengthen his squad during the close season. However, Black Cats chief, O'Neill is also said to be in the running, while newly promoted Southampton are also strongly linked and their boss Nigel Adkins knows the player well after signing him when he was in charge of Scunthorpe three years ago. Trotter has two years left on his current deal at the New Den and will command a fee but he looks likely to be moving on this summer.
