Dnipro snubbed Cottage bid - Boateng
Latest news update:
Derek Boateng has confirmed that Dnipro have turned down Fulham's bid to sign him on loan with a view to a permanent deal this summer.
Cottagers boss Martin Jol made an offer to the take the Ghana international midfielder as soon as the transfer window opened for business. However, Boateng revealed that the Ukrainian outfit snubbed the bid to take him on loan this month and also a fee for a full-time switch this summer.
The 28-year-old told MTNFootball.com: "When the transfer window opened Fulham approached Dnipro to sign me on loan but by club flatly turned down the offer. Fulham then offered to sign me in the summer but that was also rejected. So I won't be moving to Fulham."
