Doyle in Cottagers' sights

Fulham, 13:28, June 24, 2009 ,

Fulham, Bolton and Sunderland are all being linked with Reading striker Kevin Doyle who has already held talks with Wolves.

The Republic of Ireland international is available for £6.5m this summer because of a release clause in his Royals deal and a host of sides are ready to offer the 25-year-old a return to the Premier League.
Reading missed out on promotion last season and it appears Doyle's days at the Madejski Stadium are coming to an end.
Wolves have already stolen a march on their rivals by meeting the hitman but the Cottagers, Trotters and Black Cats are tipped to complicate matters for the Midlands outfit.
Craven Cottage boss Roy Hodgson can offer Europa League football next season and will hope that swings the deal in his favour.
