Aaron Hughes maintains Fulham will not take Wigan lightly when the rejuvenated Latics come to Craven Cottage on Saturday.

Roberto Martinez's side have hauled themselves five points clear of the drop zone following four wins in their last five matches after adding a 2-1 victory at Arsenal on Monday night to memorable triumphs at Anfield and over leaders Manchester United. Defender Hughes knows Fulham will be in for a tough encounter, but is confident of ending the Latics resurgence. "They showed what they're capable of in that performance against Manchester United, not just the fact that they won but their attitude and the way they work hard for each other and put everything into the game," Hughes said on the club's official website, www.fulhamfc.com. "We will expect exactly the same when they turn up at Craven Cottage against us, it will be no different. "But at the same time, we are at home and our home form has been really good so if we can produce another good performance we give ourselves a very good chance."
