No Pantelic swoop - Teymourian joins Tykes

Fulham, 15:16, February 2, 2009 ,

Hertha Berlin striker Marko Pantelic has denied he is set to join Fulham, while Andranik Teymourian has joined Barnsley on loan.

Cottagers boss Roy Hodgson was thought to be pondering some transfer deadline day wheeling and dealing, but it now appears that he will have to settle with the squad currently at his disposal after bringing in Giles Barnes on loan from Derby and allowing Leon Andreasen to join Bundesliga side Hannover 96 over the weekend.
However midfielder, Teymourian, who has struggled to make an impact at Craven Cottage since his summer switch from Premier League rivals Bolton Wanderers, has now been loaned out to Championship side Barnsley until the summer.
On the incoming front the club have denied a possible swoop for Leeds starlet Fabian Delph, while 30-year-old Serbian international hitman, Pantelic, insists he has not opted to quit German side Hertha Berlin for a move to Fulham.
Pantelic, who is out of contract with the Bundesliga side in the summer, told Berliner Zeitung: "That [report] is complete rubbish.
"I have never said that. My future is not decided yet."
