Skipper ruled out by a knee problem

Fulham will be without their captain Danny Murphy for tonight's Europa League clash against Roma due to a knee injury.
However, boss Roy Hodgson is hopeful the midfielder will be back after the international break.
Kagisho Dikgacoi is not eligible, while Toni Kallio, Simon Davies, Dickson Etuhu and Andrew Johnson will miss out.
