Colsaerts grouped with Grace in Bulgaria

Golf, Latest news update:

Nicolas Colsaerts will face Branden Grace and Kiradech Aphibarnrat in the group stage of the Volvo World Match Play Championship.

The big-hitting Belgian ace is set to defend his title this week in a different venue, as the tournament has moved from near Malaga in southern Spain to Bulgaria.
The 24-man field will line-up at the spectacular Thracian Cliffs Golf Club in Kavarna for the event, which involves two three-man group matches for all the players, with the top two in each group going into the next round.
The tournament then becomes knockout, with the semi-finals and final played on Sunday, and Colsaerts will be looking to repeat his result from last year when he beat Graeme McDowell in the final to lift the trophy.
But there are some decent names that will tee it up on Thursday, including Ian Poulter and Sweden's in-form star Henrik Stenson.

The groupings are:

Seve Ballesteros Group - Graeme McDowell, Chris Wood, Stephen Gallacher

Assar Gabrielsson Group - Ian Poulter, Thongchai Jaidee, Thomas Aiken

Arnold Palmer Group - Peter Hanson, George Coetzee, Shane Lowry

Gustaf Larson Group - Bo Van Pelt, Richard Sterne, Geoff Ogilvy

Ian Woosnam Group - Branden Grace, Nicolas Colsaerts, Kiradech Aphibarnrat

Greg Norman Group - Henrik Stenson, Francesco Molinari, Felipe Aguilar

Mark McCormack Group - Thorbjorn Olesen, Carl Pettersson, Scott Jamieson

Gary Player Group - Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano, Jamie Donaldson, Brett Rumford
