Henley and Langley share Hawaii lead
Rookies Russell Henley and Scott Langley share a three-shot lead over the field as they head into the final round of the Sony Open.
After setting a new tournament record of 14-under-par for the first two rounds, Henley continued his form with a 67 on Saturday, while Langley stormed up the leaderboard, firing a 65 as the pair set a new benchmark of 17-under.
Both players are competing in their first ever PGA Tour event and if one of them takes the crown, it will be the first time since 2001 that a debutant has won a main Tour event.
However, they are likely to come under plenty of pressure from what is an experienced field in Hawaii, with Tim Clark their nearest challenger on 14-under.
Another rookie, Scott Gardiner is four off the pace alongside Charles Howell III, while Pat Perez is the biggest name in a group of four that sits a further stroke back.
