Ogilvy focussed on further success

Geoff Ogilvy is determined to remain relaxed this year and maintain his form after winning the season-opening SBS Championship.

The Australian star took the same title 12 months ago but, far from going on to enjoy success throughout the year, his form then dipped as he tried too hard to maintain his early-season standards.
He has now repeated his success of 12 months ago at the Kapalua Resort in Hawaii, winning the title by one shot, as he finished on 22-under par - one shot ahead of Rory Sabbatini.
American Matt Kuchar was third on -19, while Scotland's Martin Laird and American Sean O'Hair were a further shot back on 18-under.
Ogilvy looked in superb form throughout the tournament and the Aussie star is determined not to make the mistakes he made during the 2009 this time around.
"I think I learned a little bit last year," he said. "When the game started going a little bit awry, which it's going to do in golf, it doesn't work all the time, I pushed a bit too hard. I went to the range too much, shot too many balls and I was trying to force it back.
"It never came back and that's obviously not the right way in golf, you have to let it come back.
"But I pushed it a bit and then I got frustrated and it was even harder to get it back.
"I think I learned some good lessons from last year and I think I can do a better job of starting well and continuing on this year."
