Skipper to match Greece record

Greece captain Giorgos Karagounis will equal his country's record of 120 appearances in their final Group A match against Russia.

The 35-year-old midfielder is one of three players in the current Greece squad that were part of the Euro 2004 winning team and his appearance against Russia will see him draw level with his country's current record-holder, Theo Zagorakis, who reached the mark in 2007.
It is a must-win game for Greece, who have picked up just one point from their opening two games, if they are to qualify for the quarter-finals.
