Boss in senior players' plea
Hearts, 11:29, October 6, 2009 ,
Csaba Laszlo has called on senior players to show 'more responsibility' after Laryea Kingston's decision to play for Ghana.
The Hearts boss is disappointed with the goalkeeper after he opted to join the rest of his country's squad for the game against Benin despite the fact Ghana have already qualified for next summer's World Cup.
Laszlo said: "Larry has gone to Ghana for one game, then he comes back. We can't stop this but we need our older players, like Larry, to take more responsibility."
Kingston also annoyed his club boss when playing against Sudan and Japan last month even though he has been struggling with injuries and has featured hardly at all for Hearts in the SPL this season.
