Hearts pair Marius Zaliukas and Lee Wallace are both expected to be available to face Rangers after shrugging off injury problems.
However, Hearts boss Csaba Laszlo looks set to be without Jose Goncalves, David Templeton and Gary Glen who are all struggling for fitness.
Laszlo looks set to be without a number of his first-team players for the trip to Ibroz with Craig Thomson, Calum Elliot, Dawid Kucharski, Jamie MacDonald and Andrew Driver all missing through injury, while Ruben Palazuelos is suspended.
