Jambos boss plays down new arrival

Hearts, 14:18, October 29, 2009 ,

Csaba Laszlo says he is unaware of a new sporting director at Hearts but insists he is not against the idea.

Reports claim that a new man, believed to be former Lithuania under-19 coach Ivan Svabovic, has been appointed by club owner Vladimir Romanov and that he has met the players.
Laszlo, though, is in the dark about the situation and following Wednesday's Cup success over Celtic, says the board are the only people who can answer questions about new appointments.
The manager told BBC Scotland: "At the moment we don't have any sport director and this question is definitely for the board and not for me.
"We can use the help of every good football guy and if we get a new sport director it is welcome."
