Laszlo launches attack on Hearts
Hearts, 11:41, October 27, 2009 ,
Csaba Laszlo has launched a blistering attack on Hearts for a lack of progress but insisted he does not want to quit as boss.
Laszlo has been frustrated since the summer as he believes the Jambos have failed to back him in the transfer market and build a team capable of challenging the Old Firm following last season's third-place SPL finish.
The boss, who has remained outspoken and openly criticised how the club has been run in the past, believes the club has gone backwards this season but stopped short of resigning.
He said: "I am not happy to not see progress but I am not unhappy to stay in this chair, as long as I see - with all the problems that we have - a clear solution, a clear structure.
"A structure must always be communicated for everybody. You must not only say internally what you want."
An unhappy Laszlo added: "I would like to say to everybody: we must wake up; we can't ignore the situation. The year before last, the club was also in the same situation: end of the season, eighth position.
"This is my problem: we come up - third position. Going back again, something is wrong. We showed everybody we can move up and I would like to keep this - this is in my blood. Nobody can take this out of me, nobody. This is not possible.
"I am angry about this, about everything. If I see the problem, if I say to everybody, 'Look here, we put the team here' - why can't we keep this?
"This is what everybody must understand: we can be better."
