Kuyt rues slow start

Dirk Kuyt admits the mood in the Netherlands camp is low following back-to-back defeats at the start of Euro 2012.

The World Cup finalists stand on the brink of elimination after defeats to Denmark and Germany, leaving them needing a two-goal victory over Portugal on Sunday, coupled with a German win.
"Everyone was very disappointed afterwards. We had a different start to this tournament in mind. We must now deliver a top performance against Portugal," Kuyt told Algemeen Dagblad.
