Injury blow for Hull

Hull boss Phil Brown will be without midfielder Dean Marney for the opening home clash with Spurs tonight as he has a knee injury.
It is a big blow to Marney to miss the match against his former side but the state of the injury means he will be out for a further two weeks at least after suffering medial ligament damage in Saturday's defeat at Chelsea.
Striker Craig Fagan is missing following his hernia operation and red tape continues to hold up Jozy Altidore's debut.
Jimmy Bullard remains on the sidelines but should not be too far away from a return but Ian Ashbee is unlikely to play again this season and is heading to America for further knee surgery after being ruled out for nine months.
