Koren cracker dumps Dale

Hull secured a third win from their fourth pre-season friendly with a 1-0 success at Rochdale.

Midfielder Robert Koren fired the only goal midway through the first half from long range. Defender Andy Dawson and midfielder Paul McKenna made their first appearances during the close season and trialist Alex Bruce was handed another run-out. New German striker Nick Proschwitz went close to registering his first goal in English football following Aaron Mclean's first-half cross.
