Spanish competition for Tigers

Hull are in a fight with Real Zaragoza for Real Madrid striker Alvaro Negredo who will cost around £11m.
The Tigers have struggled to add to their forward line this summer, with interest in Michael Owen, Fraizer Campbell, Marc-Antoine Fortune and Bobby Zamora coming to nothing.
But Negredo could be set to arrive at the KC Stadium although Zaragoza, who are back in La Liga after a one-season absence, are trying to complicate the deal.
Negredo caught the eye at Almeria last season and Real Madrid decided to exercise their right to buy him back.
However, their massive spending spree this summer means he is surplus to requirements although his club wants big money for the 23-year-old.
